Welcome to Silver Bell Barn
The Central Valley’s premier equestrian center is located on the outskirts of Atwater CA. We breed and train Lusitano horses from Portugal. They are closely related to the Andalusian horses from Spain. Historically, Lusitano’s have done very well in dressage, driving and bull fighting.
We offer dressage, jumping and other equestrian training for adults and children. Our experienced staff of trainers Cynthia Bell and Marnie Howe have the experience to help you go from beginning to expert. We offer clinics and specialize in training youth riders.
In addition to training, we also offer stud services by our pedigreed stallions. Silver Bell Barn is home to Teorema, a pure-bred Lusitano stallion. Teorema is competing in dressage. He is showing third level and schooling piaffe, passage, pirouettes and tempi changes. He is bred to our own Lusitano mares as as well as to outside mares.
